Verisign Payflow Pro Paypal Errors User Authentication Failed Credit Card Processing
I am using PayPal Payflow Pro payment gateway. When trying to process an order I receive this error: "User Authentication Failed". What does this mean?
This error means that the information which was entered into Nexternal for your Payflow Pro gateway account is incorrect. You will need to confirm your information by going to Settings/Compatible Software/Edit/Payflow Pro - User, Partner & Password. If you are unsure if this information is correct you will need to contact Paypal (who owns Payflow Pro) to confirm.
