We have a product that will not be shipped, but is a code that will be e-mailed to the customer. How do we set this up so that shipping does not calculate for this product?

You may edit a product and then check a box to override the shipping rates (Edit Product Screen 2). Once you check the box, set the rates to $0 for that specific product.
