Ordering Online Store Shipping Address Ship Address
Question:
A customer tried to place an order on line (and I tried to do it for him, too) but the system is saying the wine listed "... cannot be shipped to Illinois. Please either remove these products from your cart, or select a different Ship To Address for customer." llinois is a state we can ship to. How/where do I fix this? Many thanks, Susan

You currently have Illinois as restricted state. To deactivate, go to Settings/Shipping to remove the check box in the "R" box next to IL.
