I set up reviews and requested the approvals. Do I see the incoming reviews in the Order Management System only, or can they be emailed to 2 or 3 people?
A primary and secondary contact can receive email notifications when reviews are received. If a user is designated as a Secondary Contact (in User, checkbox "Secondary Contact"), he/she receives a copy of e-mails sent automatically by the Online Store or Order Management System to the Primary Contact (set in Settings/General Information). When applicable, those e-mails include Order Notifications, Review Notifications, and Inventory Alerts. Note that an inactive user does not receive administrative e-mails, even if that user is designated as a Secondary Contact.
