Why wouldn't the grand total shown in an Order Product Report and the grand total Net Amount in an Order Report be the same? What is the difference between these two amounts?
Response:
The Order Report takes into consideration discounts such as category discounts, customer discounts, etc. The Product Report reflects just the sales on products (and thus does not include sales of Gift Certificates).
