Is there a way to export all the attributes if you don't know what the names of them are? Or is there a way I can find out what the names of the attributes are with out going to every product one at a time?

First, visit the Products section / Report tab / and run a Selective SKU Report - for All products. This report will give you a list of all products and options/SKUs that are currently in your system. From here you should be able to determine what the attributes names or labels are for each of your items.
Or, visit the Products section / Export Traffic Tools tab / select the Google Product Search Export Radio button / then click Export. The .TXT file that the system provides will include the Attribute Name/Label that is associated with each item and the variation names/skus that are tied to it.
Once you have your attribute names, then in your OMS, go to Products / Export/Traffic tools and select Attribute Export. You have the option of exporting the file into Excel or Access format.
