How do I change the order of Related Products from being alphabetized to the order actually entered?

Related products follow the sort order of the products' primary bottom level categories. To change the order of your categories, go to Categories / Change Order (button) in your OMS. Note that this will also change the order of categories' appearance on your storefront.
