Import Export Bulk Update Changes Mass Marketplace Preferences Meta Data
Question:
I need to edit some of my product information such as the Marketplace Preferences and HTML Title Tags for several products that are already in my Order Management System. Do I need to do them one-by-one or can I update the products in bulk?

All products can be updated in bulk via the Nexternal import and export files. Here is a good example of how to update several proudcts.
You're first going to go to Products > Advanced Search/Sort > Search for the Products you're looking for. These may be items from a specific vendor or category > Execute the search.
Once you have your results, go to Export/Traffic Tools > Excel Export > On the right side of the page you want to select Results of Current Search. This way it only exports the items you searched for not your entire product catalog.
Run the export, save the file, then open it. You shoudl see all the products you searched for in the file.
In the export file you can make any necessary changes and select save.
When you're ready to update the items go to Products > Import > Product Import > The default settings will be set to Update the items based on the product number in the file. These settings will work > Scroll to the bottom of the page and Upload your file. The product will now be updated with the changes you made in the file.
