Exporting Current Pricing Data To Remove Customer Based Pricing
Question:
We need to remove customer based pricing on thousands of products. How can we do this in bulk, without having to go into every product and un-click customer based pricing boxes?

Export your current pricing for the products you want to update by going to Products / Export/Traffic Tools. Click on the Preferences link next to Price Export. Unclick the "Include Customer-Based Prices" box. Submit. On next screen, click Export Type / Price (Excel or Access). Click Export. Save the file and after performing any necessary price updates, go to Products / Import / Price Import / Next. On step 2 select Replace. This will replace any old pricing for each product (including customer based pricing) with what is in your file. If you're using SKU based pricing, your process will be slightly different.
