If I cancelled (and refunded)an order that was already processed for shipping, are we charged for UPS?

If you are still within 48 hours of the label being created, you can void the shipment through Nexternal, via the Shipping Labels button on the Order Detail screen in the Order Management System. Otherwise, you must void the shipment at ups.com, or otherwise contact UPS to void the shipment.
