You can search for returning customers (customers with multiple orders) by going to the Customers section in your OMS, choosing 'Advanced Search/Sort' in the upper right, 'Order History Search' and 'Customers who have placed at least 2 orders'. After conducting this search, you're able to run Customer Reports using the results of that current search.
