I have a customer that wants to send the same wine order to 12 different addresses. How do I create one order that I can charge all at once and ship to 12 different customers?

The Multiple Ship To Feature is useful for this purpose. For each wine you want to add to an order, select the Ship To drop down and select "(someone else), then select Add to Cart, enter a Ship To label such as recipient's first name and click enter. Continue same process for each unique recipient.
