Limit Rep Visibility to Customers and Orders - Order Management System

I have reps that place orders through my Order Management System. However, I only want reps to be able to see customers and orders that they are responsible for. Is that possible?

It is possible to limit the rep's visibility if you utilize the Ownership property on the Customer level. If you edit a specific rep's user record and select the checkbox, "Limit Visibility to Ownership", when that rep logs in, he or she will only see orders and customers assigned to them. The Limit Visibility to Ownership option is best used in conjunction with the Default Ownership option (Settings/Boolean Options) to ensure that users can view customers and orders that they create.
