If you need to cancel a UPS label that was generated within the last 24 hours in Nexternal, you can void both label and charges directly in Nexternal without having to do anything in UPS.com. Beyond 24 hours, you need to select Force Delete button in Nexternal and go to UPS.com to cancel to avoid charges.
