Trying to enter a new order into Nexternal but I have to change the price to '0.00' because they paid through Open Sky so we don't have to charge them.

You can create a custom payment method in settings>billing options (edit). When you set this up, we recommend setting the rank to a very high number (example 100) so that this payment option is only available when placing orders for the customers through the backend.
