A customer wants their subscription order sent out immediately, but he isn't due for a re-order for another week. I know that I can place a re-order immediately by logging into his subscription and clicking on the Create Order Button. Can my customers also do this themselves without calling me?
Yes, if you have "Allow Order Now" checked in your OMS under Subscriptions / Preferences, your customers should be able to create an immediate re-order by logging into their account online. They should go to the subscriptions section, look under Subscription Actions. There should be a Place Order Now link. The date of the customer's next subscription after the immediate reorder depends on your settings in Subscriptions / Preferences for "Order Now Advance" and "Next Date Advance".
