I would like to utilize USPS Commercial Plus Pricing Shipping Rates provideD by the integration between Nexternal, Endicia & Express 1. How do I set this up?

If you have never set up an Endicia Label Server Account through the Nexternal eCommerce Platform, then all you need to do is go to Settings/Compatible Software/Endicia Label Server/Register. Complete the registration process and your account will automatically qualify for USPS' USPS Commercial Plus Pricing discount.
If you already have an Endicia Label Server Account set up through Nexternal, then you will need to first cancel the existing account through Endicia support then set up a new account through Nexternal by going to Settings/Compatible Software/Endicia Label Server/New. Complete the registration process and your account will automatically qualify for USPS Commercial Plus Pricing discount.
If you would like to pass the USPS savings on to your shoppers, navigate to Settings/Compatible Software/Preferences/USPS Rates/Use Commercial Rates/Finish.
