I have activated GSO as a shipping option, and I can see live rates for GSO ground coming through. However, GSO Priority Overnight is not appearing as an option. I have the boxes checked. Why isn't that working?

Most likely, if the ground rate is appearing and the othe rrate is not, either the customer's shipping address is not an available address for that GSO service, or your GSO account is not approved for that service. Not all GSO accounts by default have access to GSO Priority Overnight. You would need to check with your GSO representative about adding that service option.
