We want to offer free shipping to all the products in a particular category for the rest of the month. How can we do that?

There are a couple of ways to accomplish this and would be best to defer to your Account Executive. In the meantime, one option would be to Override Shipping Rates to $0.00 in Product Overrides for each product in the relevant category and then remove the override at the end of the month. You can also create a new Ship From Address in Settings, activate the relevant free shipping methods for the new Ship From Address in Settings/Shipping, then update each relevant product with the new Ship From Address (manually per product or bulk via excel import file). You can then update the Ship From Address to the original at the end of the month (manually per product or bulk via excel import file).
