I use a fulfillment house for my shipping. When I click the package tracking option from the Order Management System, or when my customers click that option in their Nexternal shipped emails, they are unable to track their GSO packages. This is only an issue for GSO. UPS, FedEx are ok. What is wrong?

If your fulfillment house is shipping your GSO packages using a different account number than the account number listed in your Nexternal Order Management System, this is the reason for the issue. Unlike the other carriers, GSO does not allow a customer account to pull in shipment details for a package that did not ship from that account. You will have to track packages at gso.com, or obtain credentials from your fulfillment house to plug into Nexternal.
