We want to add some html (link/button) to the Review email. I can see that on the Reviews Setup page, there is a content editor (for the Reviews Reminders we want to test). Can we add html code to that editor?

Yes you can. Make sure you first turn off your WYSIWYG editor under Settings/Boolean Options. Once this is turned off, you can add HTML code to your Review Reminder emails.
