I would like to know how to post reviews that people have left on my products to our website. Right now it says they are unpublished?

You must have administrator access to publish reviews.
If you have administrator access to your Order Management System, you may publish reviews by navigating in your Order Management System to the Reviews section, and in the far right column called "Posted", you may pull down from no to yes.
The reason reviews are not posted immediately is to give you the opportunity to decide which to post and which not to post, fix grammar and spelling prior to posting, and post responses if you wish, which is sometimes advisable to do if the review is somewhat negative.
You can accomplish all of these goals by clicking the pencil next to each review prior to posting.
