There is someone trying to run fraudulent charges with multiple credit cards. It's the same profile and I have deactivated it. Is there anything else I can do to avoid this happening with this person again?
You might consider turning on Maximum Attempts under settings/compatible software/payment gateways/preferences. This will minimize the number of attempts allowed to charge a credit card. While in that section, you can turn on your card validation values. Set it to Required. This will require people to enter their 3 digit CVV number before placing an order.
