International credit cards, Accepting orders from foreign customers

How can we enter and charge a customer with an out of the country credit card? ie: argentina,
Response:
Nexternal does not prevent you from accepting foreign credit cards. If the card is being declined, it could be due to your security settings with your payment gateway. If you believe that your credit card processing gateway is being overly stringent in their accept/decline criteria, please contact your gateway provider. They may be able to aid you in modifying your criteria.
