Windows 10, thermal printer, can't print, won't print
We installed Windows 10 last night and now our thermal printer will not print from Nexternal. It does print a test page from within the printer properties, so it is not a driver issue. Does something about the update perhaps require a change in the printer port pathway? Thanks!
Here is a helpful tip from another Nexternal customer who recently had the same experience:
"Somehow the printer settings were reset when we updated to Windows 10. I had to re-share the printer and change the network path in Nexternal."
