Is there a way to customize the Expected Turnaround time for a specific product to be longer or shorter than the Expected Turnaround set for all products? ie: if we offer a customized item that takes 2 extra days to produce than our standard turnaround of 3 days.

On the second page of a product set up, in the overrides section, you may override the Expected shipping days for that product.
If Expected Shipping Time (Settings/Site Options/Expected Shipping Time) is on, the Expected Shipping Days field overrides the default Expected Shipping Days, which is the number of days within which the product is expected to ship. Either calendar days, business days, or shipping days may apply, depending on the value selected at Settings/Site Options/Expected Shipping Time.
