If you wish to check the mobile friendly site on a desktop device, visit this URL and replace YOURACCOUNTNAME with your Nexternal account name - http://www.nexternal.com/YOURACCOUNTNAME/mobile/storefront.aspx?Reset=True&Staging=False. If you are simply trying to view a store page on a mobile device, you can type in the non-mobile URL and the store will detect your device and automatically send you to the mobile friendly version of that page.
