Edit the product (blue pencil), go to product options section and enter 1 by write in attributes, click next at the bottom of the page. On page two, near the bottom you’ll see write in attributes. In the name field, enter the actual text you want to display by the check box, such as “I agree to product terms”. There IS a limit on characters. For Entry Type, select check box. Under Required, select yes, and click finish.
