Under compatible software there is a red X next to Use UPS Shipping. Why is this and how do we go about removing the red X so that we may select this option?
It appears that you would like to ship your products with UPS Shipping. To establish this, click on Settings / Edit Compatible Software. Then sign up or re-sign up for UPS On Line Tools. You will need to enter your UPS Shipper number. This is given to you by UPS, not Nexternal. Please contact them directly if you do not know your UPS Shipper number. You will also need to create a user ID and password. This is for Nexternal's use only. If you have signed up in the past and do not remember your username, choose a new one. You will not be asked for this again.
