What browsers can I use to print shipping labels from Nexternal?

I want to print shipping labels to my thermal printer from Nexternal on my PC using the Firefox browser, but the latest version of Firefox doesn't work with JAVA. What should I do?

You have four choices:
1. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND: that you change your thermal printing set up to use JNLP, which does not relay on the browser supporting JAVA. You can find the directions here: https://www.nexternal.com/ecommerce/knowledge-base.asp?Answer=3264
OR
2. You can revert back to the prior version of Firefox (you can google how to do this),

3. Download the WINDOWS version of Firefox from here (do not download the 64-bit version):
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/
Then be sure that you have installed the 32-bit version of JAVA.
You should then be all set to continue printing from Firefox.
