A new order has been placed in OMS. I have received notification to one of the prescribed emails but not to: email@example.com. The OMS says that the email has been sent, but I have not received. Any explanation?
We can ensure that our system sends the emails but we cannot ensure delivery. We have found that spam filters have become much more restrictive and we recommend that you update your SPF record to reference Nexternal's.
