In your OMS go to settings/ ship from address/ edit.
One Ship-From Address must be designated as the default. This address is applied by default to new products, and is the address used on Invoices.
Tip: Nexternal recommends selecting the address of your headquarters, or in the alternative, the address from which the majority of your products ship, as the default.
