How do I get a list of declined transactions from my Wine Club batch?
Perform an advanced search from Orders looking for declined orders in a specific Wine Club batch. Orders/Advanced Search/Order Status = Unshipped/Billing Status= Declined/Wine Club Order = Club Name. Look for our Wine Club Best Practices by visiting our new Training Center in your OMS (a Graduation Hat icon located just below Help Desk). Once in the Training Center, click on Club Processing.
