Is there a feature that would allow me to have a pop-up reveal an offer before a shopper checks out? For example, when the "check out" button is clicked, we could offer a product promotion; enabling the shopper to add it to the cart...thanks

Yes! There is! In your OMS go to the Training Center and Quick Link down to Promotions. In that list you'll find our Marketing Guide -click on it. Then find Related Products/Upsell Overlay.
