I uploaded an image for the Main Logo yesterday, however I can't see it in the Online Store. How long does it take for my changes to be seen?

All changes are instantly made live and there is no delay. Perhaps you have confused the Main Logo (Layout/General Layout) with the Cart Logo (Layout/Cart Layout).
