Question:The OMS Dashboard charts aren't loading in the new Chrome or Firefox for me. Is anyone else having this problem? What browser do I need to be using? |

Please verify that your machine has Flash installed and your browser settings are not preventing Flash from running.

For Chrome specifically:
Visit the Chrome Preferences/Settings \ Advanced Settings \ Content Settings \ Flash \ Add 'oms.nexternal.com' to the list of Allowed sites.
You may need to close and re-open Chrome in order to apply these updates.
