Trouble Shooting Coupons With Discount Percentages
Question:
While using the coupon, I have entered a 5% discount if the customer puts in a code. The popup says there is a 5% dicount however the calculation of the discount in the shopping cart only reduces the price by 1% in actuality. Can you help?

You need to set "Discount Application" to All. This will allow application of the coupon to all items in the shopping cart.
