What does it mean for products and shipping methods to be Expedited?

An Expedited Product is a product that may be shipped only via Expedited Shipping Methods. This feature is particularly applicable to perishable products, which are at risk of spoiling during transit.
With respect to products, the Expedited option is available on the New/Edit Product (Page 1) screen, or via the Product Import (Products/Import). With respect to shipping methods, the option is available on Edit Shipping (Page 3 or Page 7, depending on configuration) at Settings/Shipping.
