Is there a way of temporarily turning off the setting which sends the customer an email once an order is marked as shipped? We have a cluster of orders which shipped in July but their status was never updated from "in process" to "shipped" so we wanted to make sure this setting is turned off before marking them as shipped to avoid any confusion with customers. Yes. In your Order Management System visit Settings/Boolean Options and disable the "Shipped E-mail" parameter. After you are done marking the aforementioned orders as shipped, you can return to the same screen to enable the "Shipped E-mail" parameter.
