Question:
I had asked if we could remove the policy links from the shopping cart and was told to remove the text in those boxes. We have them linked at the bottom of the page and want them only there. Is there a way to still have them in the settings, or should we create an article and have it done that way if we don't want the link in our shopping cart?

If you do not want the links inside the shopping cart area then creating articles and linking to them may be the easiest way to replace the information.
