FedEx Shipping® brings web-based shipping to your employees' desktops. This greatly reduces order fulfillment time since shipping labels are printed right from the screen on either a thermal or ink jet printer and tracking numbers are provided to customers automatically via email. For International shipments, Nexternal's eCommerce Platform will also generate the appropriate customs forms (both a Commercial Invoice and a U.S. Certificate of Origin). Fulfillment becomes efficient and errors become a thing of the past.

With FedEx Rates, online shoppers can see rates and service information from FedEx in their onscreen shopping cart. Merchants have the option of quoting standard rates or negotiated rates. Shoppers can compare prices and see expected delivery dates so that they can select the shipping service that best fit their need and budget. This increases online shopper satisfaction and encourages repeat customer business.

Using FedEx Tracking, both merchant and customer can follow a package from the shipping dock all the way to the recipient's doorstep. Tracking is as simple as clicking a button.
